Reframe
Worry is prayer pointed the wrong way
The same energy that rehearses the worst outcome can be turned upward. Every time the thought loops back, treat it as a bell to pray, not a problem to solve.
Renew your mind
Breathe. Understand the thought instead of fighting it. Move through these three slowly.

Scripture
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Matthew 6:34
Mindset shift
When the worry returns, turn it into a one-sentence prayer and hand it back. Then bring your attention to one thing you can do or enjoy in the next ten minutes.
Or name something else
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast.” — Isaiah 26:3
